Hi! I'm Benjamin, a Microsoft ASPInsider, part of the Microsoft MVP family, a speaker, published author, and ASP.NET consultant.

I specialise in ASP.NET websites and web applications, in particular helping clients to ensure that their projects are as accessible as possible to their users, by helping to reduce download sizes & maximising cloud resources as cheaply as possible.

Previously I've been on the Umbraco CMS core team, and I've contributed to many open-source .NET projects, including Automapper, Nuget, Twitterizer, and Reactive eXtensions (Rx).

I've worked on projects from small family-run businesses, up to Fortune 500/FTSE 100 companies, including Tesco, FIA Formula E, Manchester Airport Group, KPMG, and Universal Music Studios.

I offer bespoke consultancy & development of Umbraco projects, be they greenfield developments, or substantial upgrades. I've been actively involved with using & developing every released version of Umbraco since version 4.0.3 in January 2010, from webforms and XSLT to MVC and Razor, and produced the first ever unit testing talk on Umbraco 7 in 2014, and would be excited to bring these skills and knowledge to your project.
