I am not afraid to jump in with any technical issue and find a solution, if I don't know something I'll happily dig into learning about something if required, even if I don't need to learn it on the spot, I'll remember it for later so I can go back and look into what it was that I didn't know to further my knowledge.

I enjoy working on backend issues, and development as it is the main area that I have my abilities and given a task list / requirement I can easily go away and make it happen in whatever way possible etc, I'm also not afraid to say when something is not a good move either.

I have many years of experience at different places, and have worked on Umbraco for various large clients including law firms, as well as Sitecore for enterprise firms in the past along with WordPress as another for big blogging companies and gaming company websites.
